If something has gone wrong with your delivery, for example, wrong items delivered missing items or damaged items. Please fill in the order issue form and we will work to sort out any issue as a priority.
You can withdraw the Order by telling us before the order is processed if you simply wish to change your mind and without giving us a reason, and without incurring any liability.
Returning Goods & Refunds
If you received Goods in connection with insulationhub.co.uk and you wish you return them please note the following steps:-
Notify us that you intend to return the Goods
- If you have received the Goods you must let us know within 14 days from the day they were received
- In order for your request to return the Goods to be considered, you must fill in and submit the refunds form
Once a refunds request has been received
- We can arrange for the Goods to be collected from the same location they were delivered to
- If you agree for us to arrange the collection of Goods we will let you know of a collection date
It is important to note there are charges associated with returning Goods
- There is a minimum charge £75 +VAT charge for the courier charge which you will be liable to pay, we will advise you if the charges are higher
- There is a minimum 25% re-stocking charge, we will advise you if the charges are higher
- If a collection date has been agreed and you fail to return the Goods on the said date you will be charged the agreed courier charge, if a further collection date is agreed you will have to pay for this courier charge as well.
- Further charges may be incurred if the Goods are damaged and/or not returned in the original condition and packaging
Special order items
- Certain Goods are specially ordered and are non-refundable this includes some Kingspan ranges.
Once the Goods have been returned to us
- As long there are no deductions due(i.e damaged goods or goods not returned in the original packaging/ condition). we will process the refund amount
- If you are due a refund, please allow for 7-14 days to process a refund.
